Beyond the practice of law, Attorney Anderson's professional experience includes nonprofit leadership, business ownership, human resources administration, and leadership roles in a private company, public school district, and private higher education institution. She owns a business in the telecom and energy industry and is the President & Founder of a U.S. based nonprofit Suddenly Joyful Global Missions, Inc. Her heart to serve is clearly seen through Suddenly Joyful, her former candidacy for public office, domestic ministry for two decades and global missions and ministry efforts on four continents.
Equipped for her calling in law and service, Attorney Anderson received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law (2003), Master’s degree in Practical Theology from Regent University (2014), and Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Human & Organizational Development (1999). Attorney Anderson has served is an office or member of the Halifax Health Hospice Advisory Board, The Joseph Hatchett Bar Association, African-American Entrepreneurs Association, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is also the author of a devotional entitled "G.R.A.C.E. God's Refuge Against Crushing Experiences" and a dynamic speaker who desires to inspire everyone she encounters to live beyond their dreams!

Nancy has practiced law since 1990, when she graduated from University of Maryland School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Maryland. She has practiced in Florida since 1991. She also has a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s degree in historic preservation.
