Attorney D'Lorah Anderson is the Founder of The Business & Nonprofit Legal Center.  She loves assisting people in pursuit of their passion for business ownership and community impact by providing customized legal solutions to businesses and nonprofits. Attorney Anderson has provided legal counsel and consultation for individuals and organizations throughout the country.  In her capacity as The Startup Legal Coach™,  she guides startups from idea to implementation to ensure that they are set up for success!  

Beyond the practice of law, Attorney Anderson's professional experience includes nonprofit leadership, business ownership, human resources administration, and leadership roles in a private company, public school district, and private higher education institution.  Attorney Anderson & her husband, Corey, are independent partners with Zinzino, a bioscience company that specializes in personalized test based-nutrition. Attorney Anderson has also been involved in ministry and missions related work in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America which led to her founding  Suddenly Joyful Global Missions, Inc. a U.S. based nonprofit focusing on bringing relief to people in distress globally in the areas of Human Rights, Education, Law & Poverty.

Equipped for her calling in law and service, Attorney Anderson received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law (2003), Master’s degree in Practical Theology from Regent University (2014), and Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Human & Organizational Development (1999).   Attorney Anderson has served as an officer or member of the Halifax Health Hospice Advisory Board, The Joseph Hatchett Bar Association, African-American Entrepreneurs Association, The Vince Carter Embassy of Hope Foundation, The Harold V. Lucas, Jr. Foundation and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  She is also the author of a devotional entitled "G.R.A.C.E. God's Refuge Against Crushing Experiences" and a dynamic speaker who desires to inspire everyone she encounters to live beyond their dreams!

The  law firm of Nancy Beth Goren, Esq., P.A. serves as Of Counsel to The Business & Nonprofit Legal Center. Nancy Beth Goren, Esq. is a business and real estate attorney. Attorney Goren is a business and real estate attorney with a base in Daytona Beach. Her practice includes local, national and international clients who have business or real estate interests in Florida.  

Attorney Goren has practiced law since 1990, when she graduated from University of Maryland School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Maryland. She has practiced in Florida since 1991. She also has a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s degree in historic preservation.  For many years, Attorney Goren served as in-house counsel to various companies, including real estate developers and investors, mortgage brokers, real estate brokers and construction companies. She functions in a similar role for all her business clients, which means that she understands her clients’ industries and business practices and educates them so that they can make business decisions. 

Attorney Goren’s in-house counsel approach means that, unlike in a traditional law firm, she is an integral part of her clients’ businesses.  Specific representative matters include purchase and sale of business (sales of assets and of ownership interests), business financing, private lender representation, residential and commercial property acquisition and development, real estate investment, business and real estate contracts, resolution of complex real estate matters and commercial leases.  Some current and recent clients include real estate agents, developers and investors, business brokers, moving companies, home health care agencies, storage facilities, medical and healthcare businesses, restaurants and bars, automotive and trucking industries, printing companies, trades, franchises, and churches.
